Worked on pen this weekend. We replanted Switchgrass and Sericia and hinge cut trees in all the wooded area.

Looks like a good start. You could throw in some clover for green browse. Do you plan to periodically burn the grass?

Larry we are planning on burning each spring in sections. I think it is one of the best practices that people have gotten away from doing. My grandfather did his yard every spring and man was it pretty. We have salt and feeders and also have a section with a ton of clover that we intend on leaving some for forage. Sorry about the sideway photos I have no clue why they did that.
