Clubhouse.
Ryan, Don`t you have my cell phone #. It was posted on the door of the old clubhouse. We did move to a much nicer place not far from there. At least they have a bathroom anyway. The group that came from the Sullivan area was drifting around the area trying to find the clubhouse and called my mom, she gave them my cell # and we got them there. I went to the old clubhouse at 6:15 and seen some fresh tracks in the driveway. I was hoping everyone would call for directions. Anyway, we had 30 opens and 8 champions. Jim Womack won the opens with his Jesse James dog, Pat Boehler got second with Petey. In the champion class Sangamon Ridge Haley won the shootout with Curt Blank`s Buster in the final, by the score of 290 to 300. They were trading punches the whole hour. There was 1 minute left and she picked up the last check to end the 57 min race. I Judged 5 casts on the day. Jeff judged 4 casts and Curt took 3 out. We had plenty of rabbits and tried to keep things moving. We could have used you there Ryan.
I drove around the area for about an hour after the deadline hoping to see someone heading out to a cast site or something. I was going to hang around and judge a little. My cell phone screen is messed up so I can't see anything on it for numbers or missed calls. I left the house around 4:30 and had a blowout 1/2 mile from the Vandalia Exit about 6 and had fun trying to figgure out how to get the tire off......lol ( I had to hit the rim from under the truck with a hammer to get it off ) I didn't get to the old clubhouse till abuout 10 minutes till 7 then drove around for about an hour. I was lost a time or 2 on those gravel roads. I think I went past your house tho but I wasn't sure if it was it or not. There was a Beagle Crossing sign in front?

Coming from where your at..........I'd take 55N over the popular then take 70E till you get to Vandalia.....I have it all written down but's it's in the center console of my truck.......best bet is to contact Kevin Hall.....He gave me the direction's.........seem's pretty easy to find.....You have to go thru town from what I understood then it's about 8 miles or so down...I can't remember what the name of the small town is call that is nearby.......
I just headed out that way last night..........well there were huge construction sign's on the side of the hi-way that said.........hi-way 70 is closed from hi-way 55.........don't know if there is a detour or what.....Any one else know what's going on out that way.......Apparently you can't get onto 70 if your traveling 55N from what I understood.......because it is closed
