We had a great hunt yesterday with some really good running in almost all casts. There were 36 opens and 12 champs. The open winner was Pattersons Oscar owned by Cole Carbone, and Country Lane Trigger owned by Dave and David Lytle won the Champs (making him a grand). Congrats Cole, Dave and David!!!! Some of the proceeds from this trial sponsored my wife's Breast Cancer benefit walk where she needs to raise $2,300 to enter. She raised $570 yesterday!!!!! Thank you very much to everyone who came and judged and to support this, and a special thanks to Connie Swartz who donated her 50/50 winnings back.

Congratulations to Cole, Dave, and David and to Cole how is it that you have only ever been to 4 dog trials but you manage to win 2 of them something funny is going on but thats ok because I sure do enjoy rule # 1 IF YOU WIN THE DOG TRIAL AND MAKE FRANK AND I STAY ALL DAY WHEN WE COULDA BEEN HOME AT 10 AM YOU HAVE TO BUY STEAK DINNER! But im sure you will start understanding the rules more and more as we make them up! lmao
