The Pee Dee Beagle Club held its second NKC Big Pack hunt of the month with totally different conditions than 2 weeks ago. The weather conditions on May 4th were cool and the running was great. Today it was HOTTTTT and good running. The one common factor was the winning dog took home the first place prize on both days. Willies Snake owned by Josh Deese took home the hardware again after being 5th in hunting, 2nd in trailing, 1st in speed & drive, and 1st in endurance. Honorable mention to Butch Lee as he placed second for the second time in as many hunts. Butch also had five in the top 10. Thats a strong kennel.

Mr. Bobby, sure have missed yall at the hunts this year. Hopefully you are feeling better and we can run some in the fall. Snake has been on fire these last two hunts. He has put up big S & D scores in both. He has always been capable as he is the 2010 bp world hunt champ. We have been running a new spot and the judges are just able to see a lot better there. On another note my simba gyp has started and she is very quick. She is just a little to heads up at the moment so she is probably gonna get some yard solo time. I am going to try and start my moon female this week hopefully. Also happy early birthday to you and Johnny

Mr bobby, Snake is a great dog and I have known that for a while and josh is probably one of the only other people who liked him as much as I do. He has Been on me for a while about gettin him up there to nc. And i am probably just as happy if not more so that he is on the tear that he his now. i regret seeling him, but not anymore now than the day i sold him. Hard to sell a dog u have hunted over for 4 1/2 years, but i made a choice. We are gonna raise some more pups off him as soon as Hershey comes in heat. The other pups off him are looking really good so far. Congrats to josh and snake....willies snake. Haha
