Trial fees??

Can anyone give me an idea of what the various field trial entry fees are for the different clubs in the Mississippi region? What about bench show fees? I know sometimes trials & bench shows are held the same day. Does one have to be in the field trail to compete in the bench show?

Any info is appreciated! :)
