Im sure you have figured out by now that your beating a dead horse.LOL! I have read this same crap from him for years and it never changes. Im sure most everyone knows that he is the exception and not the norm for beaglers. I will agree with you that his antics are ones that the ANTI's love and feed off of, its just sad that he cant realize the same thing. I could sit here for hours and hours telling Redtick stories that were told to me by his fellow club members, neighbors and even those that he calls his friends but then I would have to listen to how I am attacking him. LOL!

Redtick I think you should take JMurphy's bet. I have read for years about your hounds and what they were,time has come to put up or shut up. I don't belive you'll get a better offer and if your hounds are what you boast them up to be it should be a win and then folks might take you seriously. Bottom line is you have your chance to prove them against some good hounds. I'll Judge them along with others I'm sure will help. I judge UKC about every weekend I'm off work,I know the rules. This is realy getting old and I'd like to see you accept the challange. I'd also like to see PKC take off and do good but its people like you that hurt a Registery with talk "WHY NOT GO PROFESSIONAL" alot of trialers have paid there dues and are Professional in there attitudes and actions at trials,Ralph being one and many others,no matter what Reistery they run in they accept the loss or win and if they feel something was mishandled the Question it Professionaly and go on, I learned that hard lesson last year and now trialing is fun again,I don't like looseing but now I accept that there is better dogs out there and I may be able to improve on mine if I don't act like a child. Bottom line is grow up and be gracious to people,when they win shake there hand,and take it like a PROFESSIONAL.This is no attack,its advise.

Murph, I didn't say anything about Ralph except I said I would like to see him apply for a position with PKC. He could probably make it work. PKC sure needs a strong, intelligent, experianced leader for it's beagle program.
As for the PKC Beagle Program, I lobbied Larry Meeks for 2 years before he agreed to attempt a beagle program. I assumed he would use similar format as their succesfull Nite Hunt and Squirrel Dog programs where the game had to be seen for plus points and the entire cast makes judgement calls. The idea go hi-jacked by folks that had never tried anything except their method of judging beagles that puts form ahead of function. Always an unwise method in any situation in life. It has failed and it is time
to move on to something better.
And, it is time to move on to a better line of thought than this thread offers. Come over to the PKC Beagle board if you can get in. They are very exclusive as to who they let post on their board and what they can say. Some of you might not cut the grade, just like your beagles wouldn't cut the grade in a competition hunt where the rabbit has to be seen and the entire cast judges the dogs. Nuff said.

Redtick, Come get you some of a little 16 month old female down here called Honey. you may or may not see the rabbit, but I would guaratee you will see your dogs getting led around by an ARHA Lp Champion. The last race she ran we even saw the rabbit.

I wasn't going to post on this thread again but I need to get Wrongway Randy's message set straight. First, I wasn't hunting with Randy, I was hunting with a very nice lady, Randy's wife. I had a very good reason to leave the cast, they were rehunting an area that we had already hunted and no rabbits were found. In fact, no rabbits were ever struck on the cast. And, the reason I left was that we were hunting back into a hard road where vehicles were observed traveling around 55+ MPH. The time was running out, I was very sure no rabbit would be struck, (none was) and I didn't want to risk getting my dog killed. Randy, if your wife wanted to risk your dog, that is between you and her. There was a considerable risk as far as I was concerned.
Hey Jimmy, if all I got to do is name it, let's run the beagles for money at the PKC World Beagle Championship. Of course, I am only going to run after they go to 1 set of rules where the rabbit has to be seen for plus points to be given and the entire cast has a say on the scoring. You guys are barking up the wrong tree on anything else. In PKC Nite Hunts, they minus dogs for barking up the wrong tree.
The only bets I am going to make is that some folks will buy my pups when I breed a good female to a good male and that some folks are going to buy my beagling, coonhunting, and squirrel hunting DVDs. So far, I am winning on both bets.
This thread was not started by me. It was started by a moderator who knew he was starting a bash Redtick thread. Well, I knew it also. But, I had some things I wanted to say and now that I have said them, there is not much reason to post any more. But, you fellows can keep this thread going as long as you want to, it is good a advertisement for me. Intelligent folks can make up their own minds on who is correct. I am not going to click on it any more.

I'm a little nobody from Ky and really dont know many people on this thread. But Ill say one thing, redtick needs to let the dogs talk instead of all this typing. I just met Jimmy this weekend, and like jonathan said, i wanna know the hunt site. I love seeing Ky boys beat the pants off out of staters... Jimmy.. he knows whats good for him. You wont see his dogs down here.
