YOU CAN'T EVEN READ. HE DIDNT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THEM EXCEPT THAT THEY DID A LOT OF JUDGING AT OUR CLUB AND THAT THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND BROUGHT BACK THE BEST DOG OF THAT HOUR.

AND THE CLUB WILL MAKE IT OR SHOULD I SAY, IS MAKING IT.

I CAN SEE HOW YOU ARE, IF ANYONE DOES NOT AGREE WITH YOU OR YOUR LITTLE CLICK THEN THEY ARE NOT WORTHY TO BE HEARD!

Robert is there any reason to say that,I am friends with Jimmy but no click and he along with you are in titled to your opinions. If you go back and read the only post i put on this is go vote along with the rest of the members of your club. The clubs vote could make or break a rule proposal.

You and jimmy dont agree but i feel taking a shot at his dog was wrong on your behalf. Now as far as buddy judging seems to be the normal with alot of people to use as an excuse when getting beat,i recall some comments made on a post back in the spring about buddy judging at a different club.See what i mean,a man is accountable for his on doings good and bad and only he knows he left there judging straight up on all sides.

NO click here but i am Jimmy's friend just as i am friends with alot of people i have meet at the trials. My advice either talk about the new rules or if cant just let it go and vote how you feel, not me nor jimmy or anyone else but how you want it to be.If it dont go your way in the end, either learn to like'm or quit that simple. As i said earlier i see no need for change except for the young judges part of the new rules and i am all in on that.

WELL AGAIN I SAY, I REALLY DON'T EXPECT MANY OF THESE PROPOSALS TO GO THRU. THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE, PROPOSED CHANGES.

MORE THAT LIKELY THE 10SEC CHECK WILL GO THRU ALONG, ALONG WITH A 40 POINT JUMP. BUT MANY OF THE CHANGES WILL NOT MAKE IT AND I TELL YOU WHY, YOU DONT HAVE A FULL VOTE, YOU CAN VOTE IN YOUR CLUB BUT THE CLUBS FINAL DECISION IS WHAT WILL BE TURNED IN. YOU MIGHT BE FOR IT BUT IF 51% OF THE REST ARE AGAINST IT, THEN THE CLUB VOTE IS NO.

HAVE ANY OF YOU SEEN ALL THE PROPSED CHANGES? IT IS A PACKET NEARLY A 1/2 INCH THICK. MANY THAT HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN DISSCUSSED ON HERE. THERE HAS EVEN BEEN A BIG HUNT ADDED TO BENIFIT JUVINILE DIABETEES, THAT AWARDS THE SAME POINTS FOR HOF AS A STATE HUNT.

SO WHETHER YOU ARE FOR OR AGAINST, YOU NEED TO BE AT YOUR CLUBS MEETING AND VOTE ON IT, NOT JUST GET ON HERE AND SPOUT OFF. THE PACKETS HAVE TO BE BACK IN TO JOYCE BY AUG 15 OR TAKEN TO THE MEETING AT THE ERIE CANAL BEAGLE CLUB ON AUGUST 26. THEY MUST HAVE YOUR CLUB PRESIDENTS SIGNITURE AND CLUB NAME PLAINLY ON THEM AS WELL.

Why are you boys so against certifying dogs ? Why dont you like to ky reps? Why is your attendance so low at hunts ? Simple questions that millions of internet beaglers want to know so lets hear fellas?

CERTIFYING.

JUST MORE MONEY TO HAVE TO SPEND WHEN ENTRIES ARE GOING UP AND NKC IS GETTING A BIGGER CHUNCK. THEY ARE NOT GOING TO CERTIFY YOUR DOG FOR NOTHING, THEN THERE IS THE WAIT, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THEM TO HAVE A HUNT FOR CERTIFYING?

I SEE THIS AS ANOTHER WAY FOR PEOPLE TO KEEP RUNNING CHAMPS AND GRANDS IN THE OPENS. THERE IS NO CLAUSE FOR HOW MANY TIMES AND WITHOUT BEING A CHAMP THEN THEY LOGICALLY WOULD STAY AN OPEN.

STATE REPS.

NOTHING AGAINST, BUT I DO KNOW A COUPLE. IF THERE IS GOING TO BE ANYONE CERIFYING, WHY NOT A MASTER OF HOUNDS? HE RUNS HUNTS AND DESIDES PROTEST, WHY NOT THIS?

AS FAR AS LOW ATTENDANCE.

THERE ARE A LOT OF CLUBS POPPING UP ALL OVER. I HEAR OF 2 MORE STARTING THIS FALL, ONE IN TN AND ANOTHER IN WESTERN KY. THERE ARE A LOT OF CLUBS NOW, AND THEY HAVE HUNTS MANY TIMES ON THE SAME DAY. NO WAY AROUND THAT.

BY THE WAY THIS IS MY OPINION.

Come on now, you're reaching...... First the Rep was crooked, then no rabbits, then money, now not enough trials to certify.........whats gonna be next??? You have thrown every excuse in the book so far, lol.

If they cant certify they cant compete........and thats that. They cant stay opens forever only until the end of the year in which they got their win and points. So if they are gunshy they are done, finished, over with as an NKC dog come January the 1st, unless they can certify they are just another cull!

In PP you could certify dogs at any hunt as long as it was announced that morning and time allows.

I dont mean to sound disrespectful but this rule would really help how people feel about LP Champions. I know if I go and watch a PP Champion run chances are very good I am gonna see a rabbit dog, same thing with UKC PP.

Take Care,
Randy

BUT THAT IS JUST IT, I HAVE GIVEN MORE THAN ONE REASON AND THERE ARRE NO ANSWERS IN THE PROPOSAL. AND THIS IS LP, THAT IS WHAT WE RUN NOT PP.

PP IS PP AND LP IS LP. TWO FORMATS FOR DIFFERENT LIKES.

if you boys are gunnin the same dogs you are trialin there should be no reason to worry...why the big deal about certification?..if i had a beagle that couldnt circle a rabbit to a gun and be fired over i would knock it in the head how in the world can you better the breed let alone feed a sorry ass gun shy hound?...i also agree there should be two judges at all times alot gets missed ...and i am sure there sre some out there that are champions and it is truly a sorry shame that a dog that is gunshy can beat a dog that aint just cause he checks hard but is scared of a gun...cmon boys remember these hounds should be gun dogs first period...if you got a hound worth being a champion nobody in the world can cheat you out of your certification your hound will do the work he is suppose to do and there will be no denying it ;)

I wasnt worried about my dog,or being cheated. I was worried about it being a 1 shot deal. Like I said ive seen whole casts of very good Champions go 1 hour without a rabbit.
I think a dog sould be able to jump, circle, and and be shot over on a rabbit to champion. I would just like to know more about the certification process.

Mike Crabtree: I know nothing of the LP certification proposal. In PP you can try more than once - just costs you $10 each try. The stats on how many made it the first time (40% I THINK) are posted on the NKC/ARHA board.
