2016 ARHA LP Kentucky Houndsmen Association Benefit Hunt Results.

From the proceeds of the hunt, shotgun, dog box and auction The Kentucky Houndsmen Association will receive a little over $2,000 to support the efforts in protecting our right to own, run and hunt with hounds.

We would like to thank everyone who either entered a dog, judged, guided or helped in any way. Congratulations to all who placed.

We had 68 dogs entered in the Opens, 32 entered in the Champs, 9 entered in the Grands and 13 entered in the Bench. There was a total of 109 dogs in the field.

The judges done a great job considering the wind and rain on Saturday and the sleet, snow and below freezing temps on Sunday.

Congratulations to Shawn Stephens for winning the Mossberg 935 Auto Shotgun and Mike Napier for winning the Ross Diamond Plate Dog Box. Thanks to all who bought something during the auction.

We would like to thank Terry Tapley with Mid South Premium Pet Food (Victor) and Brandon White with Victor Pet Food for sponsoring/providing dog food samples for each entry and larger bags for the winners.
