WV state hunt NKC

does anyone know where in Ripley the hunt will be? and the times and contact person. i have a dog or two i'd like to run in it.

CONTACT SCOTT DERRICK AT 304 984 0209 OR CHIP EISENHUT AT 304 984 1430. ALL I KNOW IS THE CLUB IS BY AN 84 LUMBER IN RIPLEY. I HAVE BEEN THERE SEVERAL TIMES AND THINK IT IS A GOOD CLUB WITH GOOD PEOPLE. THE ONLY PROBLEM I SEE IS LACK OF PARKING.

The hunt is actually about 5 miles south of Ripley. Off of I-77 take the Fairplain Exit. Head West about 1/2 mile. You will pass a real old hotel on your left, take the next road to your right. The club is about 1 mile on your left. There will have plenty of signs.

Would love to attend, but being 250 miles away and gas fast approching 3.00 bucks a gallon don't look like it will happen. Is WV a Blue State or a Red State ? Maybe the Bush/Chenney connection has lower prices in Red States. Hope to attend after next election, have fun, and good luck to all.

I will get the names of the 3 Motels at Ripley and also the phone nos. of them as well. The Hunt site is at the Fairplain Exit, and just about 2 miles from I-77 it is real easy to find. I have been with my wife at the hospital since Aug. 4th she was in ICU for 6 days and now in a step down unit still with all the monitoring equipment on her. Still do not know what is wrong with her and she may have to go too Duke for treatment, will know after Thur. of this week what will happen. But I will get the phone nos. in the next day or so and post them on the computer one night as I am not getting home till after 10:00pm most nights.

I am still going back and forth to the Hospital every day at least 2 times a day. My wife is going to be going to Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Oh. thanks Big dog for the offer if I went to Duke but that is not where we will be at. The Motels for the WV State Hunt are as follows Super 8 Motel at Ripley,WV 304-372-8880, Best Western Motel McCoy's Inn do not have a phone no. for them, next Motel is at Fairplain, not a real nice place but close name is 77 Motor Inn 304-372-5949. The 2 at Ripley are about 6 miles away, I hope this helps as I do not know if I will be there at the Hunt. I will know more in about 1 week after we have gotten at Cleveland Clinic. No the State Hunt will at the regular Club House as always
