WESTERN KENTUCKY TRIAL

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF WESTWERN KENTUCKY ARE STILL HAVING A TRIAL I HAD HEARD THEY WERE NOT.THANKS JODY MAY

The last I heard they were and from that point on its anyones guess.ToDd Jones who posts on this board and I think is listed as Hand Me Down beagles can give you more info.Also Wayne Dorrow who posts on the Better Beagling board can give you good info.I dont live too awful far from that club and run at some of their trials but my info tends to be more of"I heard it from a guy who heard it from a guy".I will say this about that club ,when they put on a trial they do a good job and there is usually plenty of rabbits.If you have never been there it is a good one to go to even if this is the last trial.Also so folks will know I am not trying to spread rumours I am not saying that this is the last trial for that club.Even if they have lost their running grounds Wayne and Pat Dorrow know a lot of folks down that way and Peabody WMA is right there.Thanks

Yes, they are having a trial Feb 17th-19th. Check out the Midwest Gundog Association site for details.

I talked with Pat this afternoon. He stated Western KY will be having the trial as planned. It will be ran as it has been in years past on the former Mayhugh's Farm. He and the rest of Western KY's members looks forward to seeing everyone.

i hear this is one of the best mid-west trials put on. i hope to make it to their and south ky and that should complete me for ohio and ky.
