Well knowing the guys that have helped head this up I would expect a good time and lot of good ribbing. I would also expect a dog like arha pp dog to hold his own. cya, Paul

We had a UKC PP hunt Saturday in Mississippi. The dogs that were at the hunt were ARHA PP style. The dog that won the hunt(Rutland's Stonewall Jackson) is a ARHA PP Rabbit Champion. I judged 2 rounds and the dogs ran pretty clean. I think I just had one minus for skirting a briar thicket and the other minuses was for non produces. UKC PP is not speed and drive. It is line control. If they are fast and have good line control, thats good. I like a fast dog that can run the track. UKC PP is not for a rough dog. Rough dogs will go to the truck. We will be in IN this weekend. I hope to see everyone there. Clay Richey

Thats what I was wanting to hear. I've got a SPO bred dog that has good foot, From what the rules stated I figured he might do good. We'll find out saturday. Thanks for the replies.

He/she better not over run the check by much and he/she better be able to work the check inside to out. That should eliminate about half of the UKC's hunting hounds. We'll see.
