Hurricane Lilly continues her wrath throughout the Midwest Association. Congratulations Don & Shannon on winning at White Water's April trial.

I'm new to AKC but has there ever been others to dominate a class like Lilly is doing. Congrats to Don and Lilly

Roy been running in midwest for a while now and I can honestly say no dog has ever dominated a class like this dog. I judged here at Albion and she flat can run a rabbit. Very Nice Hound and Don deserve some credit as well, boys all I got to say is solo solo solo solo solo solo!

Way to go Don, I think that is 10 wins,1 2nd and 1 4th not too bad for a dog that isn't even 3 years old yet.

I don't mean to take away anything from Don and Lilly at all here. Don has put endless solo hours of running on her and he is deservingly seeing the results of his labor. Congrats to Don and Lilly.

I think it was 2, maybe three years ago that a 13" female named Peek-A-Boo dominated her class just about like Lilly. Other than that, I can think of no others but I have only been involved in AKC for about 6 years. I'm sure that someone on here can enlighten us with a few others as well.

Congrats Don. Yes, Lily has dominated the trials like no other I've seen in the AKC Mid-West. It is not because the big female class is weak right now either; many actually think it is the strongest class right now. Don will tell you that most of her wins were very competitive. I've only seen her run a couple of times, but what I can tell you is that she has all the tools; brains, nose, speed and DESIRE! She is loaded with desire and hunt. You can't teach that.

Chief,

Not to take anything from Peeka-Boo and her owner Chad Peercy but she certiantly did not dominate her class in any way shape or form like Lilly has in her class. IMHO!! Don't get me wrong Peeka-Boo was tough but not even on the same level.

FC. Green Bay Wiley 432 Pts for AKC and 8 wins. She was finished before she was 2 yrs old. Not to mention she did it both on cottontail, Hare and in Canada. Small Pack Option and Large Pack. The canadian win would make it 9 wins. She ran in classes averaging right around 30 or so. Oh, I even think she had a win in either UKC or ARHA. not sure though. She like Lily are dogs you don't come across very often.

Congrats Don you got something special there!

Peeka-Boo, Wiley, Showtime, Talkabout Kellie, Trailblazer were all dominant hounds with multiple wins, but they didn't put a string of wins together like Lily has. Remember, the season is only half over and she already has 10 wins in 12 trials entered.

Peek-a-boo never was close to this kind of accomplishment. She could run a rabbit on her day. Sometimes you to have been there to better understand a hound and its accomplishments. :)

I will just say that the 15in bitch class is very tough this year. It is something in it'self to just get to the bench. I have ran several cast and a couple finals with Lilly this year. She is as nice a female as I have ever seen. For her to be winning time after time in this year's 15in females, speaks volumes of the caliber of hound that she is. Congrats again Don, that girl is really special.
