I'm thinking of coming up if the weather will stay about like it has been this week.Don't care that much about running if it's going to be real hot.Anybody heard a forcast for Sat.?
Never been to the club before. Can anyone comment on the running grounds/rabbit population there? And how about directions?I'd be coming north on I-65 fromTn.
Thanks.

Just wondering about the snake population in Kentucky this time of year. I would be coming from Ohio and we don't have to deal with snakes. Someone told me if I plan to field trial in Kentucky that my chaps and boots should be snakeproof. Any truth to that? Also, any problems with dogs getting bit by snakes during field trials? Would appreciate some insite on this from people from Kentucky. Would not want to put my dogs in harms way.

Sharon, this would depend on what part of Ky you run in. I run just about every weekend and sometimes twice during the week and I have never ran into the bad snakes  . Now I heard that in eastern ky they have them everywhere but in central ky you will be just fine.

How about directions?I'll be coming up I-65 from Nashville.Where do I get off [exit ] and what roads will take me to the clubhouse grounds. If you give an address I might get my wife to do a map quest at her work.
Thanks
Dana

it was all good! Wish you two(you and Rusty) would of came down instead of going to ohio. But there is always next time. I was just saying that some of the guys who will be at the hunt was at Watertown. Nothing but much love for the Park City crew. Heck the ones who have attended are hunts(TN state and reg sanction hunts) have been a big help Judging the bench and field! Amanda,Rusty,William,Let um Run(Jason Johnson). Should be able to give better directions than me but I think all you do is take the Park City Exit go south on 31 and turn right at the Cross Roads store not sure of the actual rd. number and go about two or three miles and you will run right into the club on the right.. one of them should be able to help better or try the phone numbers in the Rabbit Hunter.
