Did a little filming of the big male class. Little bit of everything in it. Hard to get it all. hard to get very good footage. it turned out ok. Some of the different groups and different series. just a little bit of the winners pack at the very end. I had to get on home I left early. Long drive back home.

I should of filmed the part where everyone jumped on trucks and drove a half mile down the road to find where the pack went. That was a far running bunny rabbit and then he ran down the road another 1/4mile

I believe every rabbit in the coal mines owns a pair of Nike running shoes. Your right Joey it was funny to see everyone get in their trucks and follow the pack. Hell I was the marshal and I got in the back of Neil's and Tasha's truck.

First time I shot it, the gun wasn't that bad....then the last 6 times I swore I lost my hearing! lol.

Everyone has made a commet on the video but what about the dogs. Did they not seem wild and crazy and just all over the place or is it just me? Just running and barking where the rabbit didn't go, flopping around like fish out of water on checks, running hit or miss on the line or is it just me.

The video was of the 15" male class and I think most of the video is of the first series. Im not a fan of the big males especially of the early rounds however I have seen some decent winners packs once the judges get the rougher stuff sent to the truck. I prefer a more conservative dog than what typically runs in the 15" male class in the MidWest. Most times I much more prefer the 13" classes because they usually arent as wild and crazy. I have never understood why there is so much difference in the the 15" male class but the judges can only judge what folks enter.
