There you go .. I agree with you, we should use that same concept with that in mind... if they are over 15 don't waste your time.. But he measured in then he's in and measured out he's out.

I run 15 inch dogs have hunted big 5 hunts and have seen of 15 inch dogs no one that I know of have every measured a dog
