Was this hunt in Michigan? Lots of "hunter orange" violations. "When hunting in any season with a license that authorizes the use of a firearm, you must wear hunter orange." And you are supposed to have a small game license if you pursue game. Sell orange hats--keeps everyone legal and makes the club some money.

It was in a pen and does not require orange everyone was legal also no one was hunting.

I'll give you the pen, but in the wild if you are pursuing game, you are hunting. You would need a license if your dog caught a rabbit. You would also need a minimum of an orange hat.
