ERROR 403 - FORBIDDEN message

fine on my phone but, also get the 403 error on my iPad.

I don't get it. It works on my phone and my computer but I saw an I-phone it wouldn't work on. It has to be versions of IE or Apple software that are not compatible. I have some websites at work that I have to run compatibility view to get them to work. Duane Ross has been working for a month to get our Website provider to help and they haven't been much help. Just hang in there, he will get it.

Guys, it should be fixed! Our website provider had blocked IP addresses because of spam earlier in the year. I finally convinced him he had blocked users IP addresses. If it does not work please let me know. Others who couldn't use it now can.
