Cap and Trade Bill???

Any one been reading about the Cap and Trade Bill? What I have been reading is not pretty for home owners of any kind. What I understand is that you have to bring your home upto EPA standards even older homes in order to get permission to sale your home. This is really getting out of hand....

I was listing to the news on the radio today. They were dicussing if the recession was over or not. One thing they said needed to happen for the recession to end was the housing market had to rebound. All these new regulations will strangle the new housing market! The only new jobs that have been created are government jobs. More regulators! I've been seeing a lot of road improvement projects going on in my area. I guess that's some more stimulis money (our tax dollars) at work. No substanible employment. Just more smoke and mirrors as Obami and his gestapo continue to lead us to the slaughter. WAKE UP AMERICA!!

It appears that we will no longer be home owners. Here in Tennessee, property taxes are soon to be almost doubled. I'm retired, my wife will soon retire and if taxes continue to escalate it's doubtful we will be able to afford to live in our home.
