PMB?? Where do you get that it is unconstitutional to enforce laws already on the books? It is illegal to be in the USA with out a work Visa, Student Visa or permanent resident alien card unless you are born in the USA. How is that unconstitutional to put teeth into a law that already exist? This is one of the stupidest arguments ever that it is unconstitutional REALLY how so?

And if you look at the census of past you will see what race is really the minority, I don't think it is the HISPANICS or the AFRICAN AMERICANS. In those states I think the minority class has been reversed, the same with many of the North Western States.

I get tired of anyone pulling the minority card every time they get a hang nail. Good grief time to take a little personal responsibility and stand up for what is right and be accountable for your actions. And I don't care who you are or what color you are take responsibility stand up do what is right. If it is illegal it is illegal. And being in this country believe it or not you have to be born here, be a naturalized citizen, have a student visa, a work visa, or a permanent resident alien card or you are here illegally and should not be afforded any privileges.

Shoot you go to Mexico with out one of those and look where you will end up, and guess what you won't get a call to your lawyer... You would be lucky if you get two meals a day and a cot to sleep on.
