This Supreme Court has to rival the one that gave the Dred Scott decision that ruled Negroes were not allowed to become citizens.

The only way Judge Roberts could justify it was to call it a tax. So its a tax!

The Obama bots specifically wrote the funding to force states to join. It didn't work so again Judge Roberts rewrote the law.

So a written law is no longer a binding contract between the citizens and the government. Its only there as long it fits goal of the Statists.
