WHATS THE OLDEST YOUVE HEARD OF A BEAGLE STARTING!!!

dont give up on them boys, I just started one thats 1 1/2 that I had sice 6 weeks. She was kinda sickly when younger, she had coccsidia the vet called it & I almost lost her. She is still a bit skinny. It was as if someone flipped a switch & she was a diff dog. She ran one for 20 minutes the other afternoon by herself. Mike

just had 2 male litter mates start the other day and there almost 2yrs old. Been running around with the big dogs sence pups and just started running on there own the other day. came in from a hunt heard two dogs running went to check it out and here came them two youmg males burning a bunny up ran him 30 mins until he holed up on them. ive started alot of pups over a year old i think people exspect to much sometime at to young an age

Well i just took a male thats 1 1/2 yrs old to a starting pen so we will see how it goes. I got him free and he is akc registered and is bred real nice (spo) so im not going to be out much if he dont start. thanks for all the replys and it seems that they can start at all ages. jon c.
