Pup dies after 1st worming ?

i worm my pups at 4-5-6 weeks with Valbazen, at the 6 week worming i give them a half cc of castrol oil,,,then at 8 weeks i worm again the give 1st 7way,,,,,
OUR SPORT IS MADE UP OF NEW HUNTERS,,,SO PLEASE TAKE A CHILD HUNTING!
