reddog, i thought i would let you know that HOBO is doing just fine, he is still a little tight but some times he will get out ahead then he realy lets it go, he can run any where in a pack dont always have to lead but i think that may be changing,other than the 3 patches i have 4 townline dogs that can run the hair off a rabbit, but they are getting old, lost 2 young TL to kidney failure, and lost their father to kidney failure to. ALSO HAVE 4 INDIAN HILL DOGS THAT ARE OLD, AGE 11 AND UP.GOD BLESS

Les, glad to hear that.I myself would rather have a dog that is tight mouthed over one that has a loose mouth.I kept a male from that litter and he also has a tight mouth.I hope you can make it to the Island this year so I can see Hobo run.I plan on being up there all of October so if you get up there stop by the cottage. Try to get Sam to come up too. Chuck

Hey Red Dog, I will be on the island the first full week of rabbit season, in September week of 20th through the 24th. I always go with the Pastor of my church, he has hunted with me since 1978, we go to run some bunnies and to relax and peace and quite, i can;t think of a better place than the ROCK. The pups out of HOBO and CRASH, Are doing real well and really growing fast and always looking at any thing strange and use there nose a lot. Maybe we will get together some time and run and talk dogs. GOOD BLESS. Your friend Les

Les,
I won't be on the Island that week but I wish I could be. I spent 3 weeks up there the last week of June and the first two weeks of July doing some more upgrades to the "rabbit Camp" I will be going up in August for a week to finnish up my projects for this year. and as always I will be there in October from the 8th thru the 31st. My pups out of Hannah are doing great I hope to be starting them soon.
