The DC 40 was a little more rounded (barrel like...slightly). The TT10 / TT 15 is more brick style (squared). The DC 40 was a little lighter because of design and the fact it only tracked. The TT 15 are a little bit heavier (couple ounces) but remember, the TT 15 contains the ability to shock and track so there's more components inside.
