Logging on to the board.

I have recently had a couple friends tell me via telephone they can't get logged on to the board anymore.

They both said they have reached out in efforts to restore, but are still in the same state....is there an email address they can work with to possibly resolve this?

I was wondering how to get logged back on here I got a buddy that got his phone broke and can't remember his password I sent Bev and Aaron an email for him and gave them his email and still he hasn't recieved a reply. Thanks
