LP rule changes ?

Has anybody heard if the overtime rules have changed. There was talk about eliminating the 2 extra 15 minute cast extensions when hounds were
tied after the first hour with no positive points.

Anthony i heard it passed by the clubs and the new rules would take effect sometime after the world hunt,until then we are to judge by the rules we have now.
