Mason-Dixon Beagle Club Derby Qualifier

The PBGA site doesn't list a start time or entry fee for the April 9, 2006 Derby Qualifier. Anyone know when measure in time starts and time running does and entry fee?

Closing is most likely 8 am. entry fee is probably 10 or 12 dollars.
