Post by NorWester »

What can anyone tell me about Terry Daniel's bloodline, out of Iowa I believe? Also looking for info on a dog called Crooked Creek Ike, also out of Iowa, thanks.

Not sure but the Ike dog might have came from Denny Wade (just guessing from the name) I think his phone number is on his site. He is in Iowa...

I'd come across his site and logically thought the same, however it appears Ike didnt come from Wade's Crooked Creek kennel, which is odd seeing as how both dog and kennel are both from Iowa :???:

Dont know who the sire and dam are. A fellow by the name of Larry Jones owns or owned the dog. From what I've gathered so far he may have aquired the dog from someone in Missouri.

Nor Wester,
Don't know what the breeding is on Terry's dogs, but I know he won't pack anything that won't perform. He also hunts coonhounds and if it didn't meet his standards it wasn't there very long. Just give him a call, one of the nicest gentleman you would want to talk to.

That almost sounds promising Postman. I'm gonna try and find out where the dog came from in Missouri and drop you a line. I have a bitch out of this Crooked Creek Ike, he is UKC single registered but I have no idea of how he is bred and would obviously like to know and find out the top half of my bitches pedigree.....perhaps this clue you're providing will answer my question.

I probably will call him at some point Thornie, just thought I'd try and gather as much info for free so to speak before I spend the time on a phone call ;)
