I am not a person who votes for a polical party I vote for a person. With that said everyone has a opinion and I want to give everyone somthing to think about as if you don't have enough. Take nothing people in politics do for granite.Think about this.
Ever see a exit wound from a rifle bullet smaller than the entrance wound, JFK.
Why did the building at Weco ignite when the gun tube of a tank entered the building (ask someone who was in an armor unit)
Timothy McVey was from Michigan , Should we destroy that state? (So a terrist is from where ever should we kill everone there or drag them into the middle of it.) Your son ar daughter kills somone do we put you on trial also?
What was the REPORTED profit of Mobil/Exxon last quarter?
Here is the one I want ALL to respond to. FEMA has thousands of unused trailer homes 150 miles from a disater in Arkansas and they are selling them for 40 cents on a dollar. YOUR dollar and will NOT give them to the people of Arkansas because it is NOT a federal disaster. There is the disaster. Get on your computer and contact your Representatives and tell them take care of the 400 families there with out homes it is your money and these people are in need NOW.
Remember these 2 things.
A Dictator is a person who dictates his will. NOT listening to the people and the desires of the people are ignored. I will tell you what is good for you.
A president is to impliment the will of the people. The majority rules (right or wrong) it is a democracy until it is ignored. I think the people have spoken on many issues, has anoyone listened.
For the people who want to ponder the question of what president did what. Here is a quage I use When was the country better , Thing such a s security, peace debt and most of all when was my quality of life best, providing I did nothing to change it.
And finally REMEMBER these words..
An armed person is a citizen---An unarmed person is a subject..

I do agree with you about helping the people here in this country, I don't think we have had a government for the people probably in my lifetime. The house, senate, cabinet and pres. are rich and getting richer. We as the voting public are blinded by smoke and mirrors or the things people believed both parties stood for many years ago. I try to vote for who I believe is going to do the least amount of damage to the working people, but based on your situation you may feel differently.
I disagree with your comparison a dictator rules by force and is not elected by the people. A president rules by how much change he can make with help from the house, senate, and his cabinet. He is voted in by the people to implement what all bodies of government agree is best for the people and he can't implement anything by himself.

Some can talk the talk but don't bother to walk the walk
House 1:
The four-bedroom home was planned so that "every room has a
relationship with something in the landscape that's different
from the room next door. Each of the rooms feels like a
slightly different place." The resulting single-story house is
a paragon of environmental planning.
The passive-solar house is built of honey-colored native
limestone and positioned to absorb winter sunlight, warming
the interior walkways and walls of the 4,000-square-foot residence.
Geothermal heat pumps circulate water through pipes buried 300
feet deep in the ground. These waters pass through a heat
exchange system that keeps the home warm in winter and cool in
summer. A 25,000-gallon underground cistern collects
rainwater gathered from roof urns; wastewater from sinks, toilets, and
showers cascades into underground purifying tanks and is also
funneled into the cistern. The water from the cistern is then
used to irrigate the landscaping around the four-bedroom home,
(which) uses indigenous grasses, shrubs, and flowers to
complete the exterior treatment of the home. In addition to
its minimal environmental impact, the look and layout of the
house reflect one of the paramount priorities: relaxation. A
spacious 10-foot porch wraps completely around the residence
and beckons the family outdoors. With few hallways to speak
of, family and guests make their way from room to room either
directly or by way of the porch. "The house doesn't hold you
in. Where the porch ends there is grass. There is no step-up
at all."
This house consumes 25% of the energy of an average
American home. (Source: Cowboys and Indians Magazine, Oct.
2002 and Chicago Tribune April 2001.)
House 2:
This 20-room, 8-bathroom house consumes more electricity every
month than the average American household uses in an entire
year. The average household in America consumes 10,656
kilowatt-hours (kWh) per year, according to the Department of
Energy. In 2006, this house devoured nearly 221,000 kWh, more
than 20 times the national average. Last August alone, the
house burned through 22,619 kWh, guzzling more than twice the
electricity in one month than an average American family uses
in an entire year. As a result of this energy consumption, the
average monthly electric bill topped $1,359. Also, natural gas
bills for this house and guest house averaged $1,080 per month
last year. In total, this house had nearly $30,000 in
combined electricity and natural gas bills for 2006. (Source: just
about anywhere in the news last month online and on talk
radio, but barely on TV.)
House 1 belongs to George and Laura Bush, and is in Crawford, Texas.
House 2 belongs to Al and Tipper Gore, and is in Nashville, Tennessee.
