TC, I haven't finnish reading the 1,998 pages yet but I'll get back to you on that. In the mean time, chew on this e-mail I got. It might be an eye opener................or not:

Dear MoveOn member,

A year ago, when MoveOn members supported Florida congressional candidate Alan Grayson, we predicted that if he were elected, he'd be "a bold fighter in the House."

Boy, was that an understatement!

In his first year in Congress, Rep. Grayson has proven himself to be not only a progressive champion but a real leader when it comes to showing Democrats how to stand up and fight the Right.

He declared on the floor of the House that the Republican health care plan was essentially, "Don't get sick. And if you do get sick, die quickly." When Republicans attacked him, he apologized—to the people in this country who had died because they lacked health insurance.1

His outspoken progressive stances have made him a top Republican target. And given his closely-divided swing district, his election is rated a "toss-up."2 So, his campaign has organized a coordinated one-day fundraiser they're calling a "money bomb" this Monday, a year before Election Day 2010. Chip in $20 now to Grayson's campaign and we'll deliver your contribution as part of Monday's effort:

https://pol.moveon.org/give/grayson.htm ... LwiZXx&t=3

Grayson is fighting to end the war in Afghanistan, and aggressive on stopping Wall Street crime and reforming the Federal Reserve. And he pushed back against the anti-ACORN witch-hunt by pointing out hypocrisy among conservatives who gave Halliburton a pass for much worse offenses than anything ACORN was accused of. While not everything Grayson does is aligned with the progressive movement, most of it is. Grayson is a starkly original leader.

Let's show Alan Grayson that when he stands up and fights for us, we've got his back. Please contribute today:

Thank you.

–Adam, Joan, Kat, Wes, and the rest of the team

P.S. Want to see Grayson in action? Watch this awesome video of him standing up to Republican bullying: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3H3gND4M9HA. And check out his campaign website at http://www.graysonforcongress.com.

My problem with it Chief and the way it is Written is that it NO LONGER becomes an option for Some When an Employer Desides to DROP or Add to an Employees Premium, Pricing it Out of range for most to afford so then if they want medical coverage it no longer becomes an Option..
This administration Seems to think that WE would be better off if THEY were to Deside Where and What Coverage we have...
But then again I Guess Some is better than none
I just Dont like being TOLD Where and When........OR Who and WHY.....
Just keep Stirrin it chief Ya never know What Will Rise to the Top......

The amazing part about this is no one is looking at what Obama and his joke of an administration should be doing along with the wacko congress. Focusing on spending money on healthcare is like an unemployed guy talking about the "options" he wants on his Mercedes once he gets a job to pay for it. Of course he doesn't even have a vehicle to get to work in so the likelihood that he will ever be able to afford even the "options" is ridiculous.

WHERE ARE THE JOBS OBAMA?

STOP the diversionary tactics of giving speeches about non-issues and start doing something about job losses.

Rufus, you talk about the "do nothings" this administration and congress have done nothing since the election. They have the votes to do what ever they want and they have "DONE NOTHING BUT SPEND".

I realize if you are drawing a government check that unemployment is not an issue for you, but for those who have some foresight it is abundantly clear that if no one is working, even those government give aways will dry up.

Can anyone tell me the bill that is in congress right now that is for the purpose of creating jobs? *crickets chirping*

Let's stop even discussing the "options" on our Mercedes and start tuning up the truck in the back yard so we can get back to work.

Here is some more Info for ya Chief.
PELOSI HEALTHCARE BILL "WORST BILL EVER"

The Wall Street Journal is calling Nancy Pelosi's 1,990-page government takeover of healthcare the "worst piece of post- New Deal legislation ever introduced."

The Journal says it will create an "unrepealable middle class entitlement" that will cause taxes to "rise precipitously" and will result in "all medicine" being "rationed via politics." The CBO cost estimate is coming in at $1.055 trillion and that's just scratching the surface. The Journal says "ObamaCare will be lucky to cost under $2 trillion over 10 years; it will grow more after that."

Go here to access Wall Street Journal's excellent analysis
of what it calls the "worst bill ever":

http://www.grassfire.net/r.asp?U=22694& ... D=21418498

+ + Bill loaded with taxes, fines, penalties and regulations

In case there was any doubt left that ObamaCare is a massive, tax-increasing power grab, consider what this
research team unearthed about the words used in Pelosi's bill:

--181 instances of "penalty" or "penalties"
--214 times "tax", "taxes", "taxable" or "taxpayer" are recorded --90 usages of "fee" and "fees"

..A total of 494 times any form of the words penalty, surcharge, tax, fine or fee are used!

--941 instances of "require(s)", "required" or "requirement" --106 times the words "obligation(s)" or "obligate(d)" occur --221 usages of "regulate" or "regulation(s)" --110 times "impose(d)" or "imposes" are used

..A total of 1,464 times any form of the words impose,
require, mandate, obligation, license or regulation are used.
