Looks like the support from the area as well as the great members and people involed with the club are stepping up again this year. The raffle keeps getting bigger and bigger. Talked to a few last night that are coming. Mr Preston, RTK, Leon Buford, Blue Sly crew, Mike Hulce! Who else is coming?? Looking forward to meeting Rob Johnson this weekend as well.
Blue Sly Kennel's and crewed along with Mike and Kelly Hulce make a HUGE donation. I guess you will have to show up to find out what. I hope to have a updated list by the end of the week.
Thanks Again everyone who has helped. Really looking forward to a great weekend with friends that I have not seen in a few months. Warning to all I am about back on track so be ready the red dodge is about to hit the road again after this weekend.

Mr Johnson glad Rufus put a good word in for us. I sure will miss my buddy Rufus he was a blast to have around the club house. Hopefully you Mr Johnson will be a lot like him in the good things that Rufus brought to the hunts. At least I have a picture to remember my buddy Rufus.
Rufus was correct and every club has a weak point and Homer the kitchen is a big pain to all of us and hard for us to deal with. We focus more on running spots, good judging, and making sure everyone has a great time and don't really do a ton for the food. Just the basic of hot dogs and sloppey Joe's. You see we are use to some UKC hunts which are over much faster so people don't really eat a bunch of food. We are working on the food part for you little pack people and last Friday night I fell into a good deal that is all about making the food better. I am working out the details this week and should be ready to let everyone know about this on Saturday.
I do have a great idea and a way you Mr. Johnson could help. This hunt is all about rasing money for the St Jude Children Hospital. The club is giving ALL the money we make from these two hunts to St Jude. The kitchen money at a little pack hunt can be a great way to raise money. As stated above the kitchen is our weak point at the club. As Rufus told you we need help so it may be a great way for you to help raise money and help the club out. I have a nice grill and a local meat market that has just about every kind and cut of meat you can think of. They are a great supporter of the club for these benefit hunts we do. This could be a win win for all the people that show up, St Jude Children Hosiptal and for you Mr Johnson. If you are willing to help cook the food we could do much more to help make this better for everyone. Let me know if you are interested in helping. Sure would be for a great cause and a good way to make a good first empression for you stepping up to help with this benefit hunt. If you are interested give me a call and I will make sure I have everything you need there to cook and the food you would like to cook. Looking forward to talking about this with you. 517-617-3840
