I feel your pain Tom. It's good to take names and liscense plate no's of those who come by to check out hounds. We all like to brag up our good ones, but you may be giving away the pedigree to the new owner of the hound next week.
I think every kennel should consist of at least one large black farm dog and if he has a bit of an ill nature towards strangers, all the better...Patch

Patch, didn't you have some stolen from you while you were on Drummond Island? Any leads on those? Dog thiefs are about as low as it gets. I had 2 stolen in 1989, still waiting to give an a%% whiping to the guy if I find out who did it. Hare

Yes Hare, it's the reason I plant 3 kernels to the hill. One for the cut worm, one for the crow and hopefully one for me... But oh to catch that crow...Patch

Tom, that stinks! Let us know if you catch the piece of trash responsible. I had 2 dogs stolen from my kennel in '92 and still haven't got over it. I still think about what i could have done to prevent it. I've come to the conclusion that if they want a dog badly enough that they would go to hell over it, there was probably nothing i was going to do to stop them. Good luck!
Good Idea on taking the liscence plate # Patch.
