Now that it has cooled down to 85 to 90 degrees, let all go out and run for an hour or two full speed and see what we are asking these little dogs to do. Wont take long before we would have a little deeper understanding of their situation. There are times that i.m ashamed of what I ask of mine. My tongue would be draggin dirt in less than 10 minutes.

i know people have different needs depending on where they are but i dont need a dog that can move a track in 100 degrees or -20 , aint huntin in either condition , i do it because its fun and hunting in that weather aint fun to me and until they learn to drive if i aint going they aint going

Well here in Michigan you better have a hound that can get it done in January. October is bow hunting and deer hunters will shoot your dogs Then November rifle season starts. In December blackpowder starts. January thur march you can hunt rabbits without the deer hunter. You also have two weeks in September.

yea the deer hunters think they own the woods, they can kiss my you know what. im sick of deer hunting, they are making hard for the kids to hunt unless you got money and your own property. they think you are gonna run there deer off if ur dog barks.
