horrible painful news he died at 6 39 pm central time in Deans arms my condolences Dean I pity the scum bag that poisioned Volkerman if i ever saw you maggot - weasel faced B......
He was poisioned after I posted his stud ad under general services for Dean 2 days later .Word had gotten out he had just threw a fantastic litter someone did not want to compete against his pups or was worried maybe about their own kennel legacy.Sad poisioned in his kennel- foul play involved says the vet/Dean!

It takes a low down person to poison a dog. Much less do it to a dog in the kennel!!!
I had one that I raised from a pup that got poisoned. Whoever done it should have to watch what a dog goes through, it is a sad, horrible way for anything to die!!!

What was he poisoned with?

Sorry for the loss, is there any chance it could have been a bad feed cause I got a buddy that lost several dogs to bad feed and it was a poison in the food being made, also did he ivormec the hound? I'm not saying he doesn't keep up on heart worm treatment but if he gave the hound heart worm meds and he had heart worms it would poison the dog also!! I just don't see why anyone would just walk up to someone else's kennel and put poison in only 1 dogs kennel!! If the person was wanting to poison a dog or dogs I don't see why they would just do one dog, sorry for rambling just curious!! Again sorry for the loss of the hound especially one of the caliber described in his ad!!

Sorry for your loss. My dad's best coon hound was poisoned in his kennel years ago because he wouldn't sell him.

Sounds like someone going after one specific hound.


Watching all those cop and detective shows, I would start questioning ppl who was wanting to buy this hound was turned down.... Or someone who had it out for your or Dean...

If you guys are buying in to this story, you either don't actually know the owner or never been to his kennels.

Please tell me you guys aren't falling for this crap. He was not poisoned. As Dago said, you'd have to know the guy.
