I killed a nice black coyote today on our deer opening day. I was more excited over it than a deer..lol.

I have said this before but a 7mm 08 has got to be one of the most accurate rifles I have ever been around. LETHAL!

It was a female as well. Nice size for a female, I will try to put pic on later.

All black with white on chest, looked like a house dog coming thru the woods(my kids said it looks like a werewolf..), it was trailing deer. No more trailing....lol.

They usually shoot a black one every year in the Thumb of Michigan.
But haven't heard of it in other areas of Mi.

And black "snowshoe hare" out east!

A friend of mine killed one last year. Almost reminded you of a dog. It was black all over and had a whit spot on its chest. Here is a picture of it:

This yote had the cleanest teeth ever!

Have seen several black ones in certain areas of Pike County. Never one with like that though. I saw one a couple of weeks ago that had the blackest bushiest tale I've ever seen. That sure is a nice one!!

Looks like a coy dog to me.I killed a brindled one deer hunting once.It was with two regular coyotes. It was big(about 75 lbs) I thought it was someones house dog till the two coyotes stepped out behind it.Regardless nice work!!!!KILL EM ALL.

Good job!! I shot a black one here in Hazard about 3 years ago while turkey hunting, knocked him side ways twice but he still got away, but I never did see him any more  Duane
