Congrats to gabe and chester on winning the champs today with chief at iuka il.I wish chief would hurry up and make grand 2nd place sucks lol

Nice hounds guys. They all looked pretty darn tough. Mark, I`m sure you wouldn`t have been disappointed in Smoke. He looked good. He got a couple of checks where the rabbit doubled back and went in there and started that last rabbit. There has to be a winner, but that don`t take nothing away from him. Chief is maybe a bit more punchy. There was sure alot of dog power in that cast.
Anyway, CONGRATS to Gabe!

how was the turn out on Sunday. Saturday there were 22opens and 5 champions. What was it like on sunday. thanks

There were 15 opens and 4 champs Thanks kevin if im not mistaken all 4 of them champs have won or placed in states and big 5s so yea there was some power out there.

Mark that Conway dog is due. This could be the weekend just needs a break. That is two times in a row Chief has gotten the break and beat him could have just as easily been the other way. Last time Conway picked up a check two seconds after the hunt ended, this time dad said the judged definitely missed the last check on Conway. But you know the old saying better lucky than good anyday.
