pup good tracker but dont tounge much
i have a 4 1/2 mo old great on track my daughter left the rabbit pen open and three rabbitts got out and got in briar thicket behind the house she brought all of them back in 2 days but never tounged on the track she gets exited and wags tail but no bark on a leash she will bark non stop or outside the rabbit pen where she cant get to them she will bark is this something that will come to her or are some dogs just quite any advice will be appreciated she knows the command speak but wont do it on track[[/list]

I came across this old post of yours and was curious to know how things turned out for this pup. I have a 10 mth old female with a lot of hunt that I run with a male that just hollers his head off. She throws an occassional chop as she runs but not consistently and not as much as I want. I was wondering if you ever got advice from other beaglers on how to get the pup to open or if you figured any tricks out on your own. I would welcome comments/advice/tips from anyone on this or what other peoples experiences have been like. Thanks.
