The angle of the shot (stacked pic) made me think it was a american foxhound. Treeing walkers are not recognized for conformation yet (AKC) but, it is a beautiful Hound.
I have a few gangly yearlings to bring out this spring ;-)

Ijust bought a brush busting machine today. I think he would be what you call stringie. He sure is purtie ugly and mean.
