congrats to all the winners and placers.this was by far the best world hunt as far as judging.i have not heard the first bad thig about any judge till now,the comments about jared are opinion, yeah, jared is not perfect, but when he is at a big five,he gives 100%,i dont know what happened on your cast josh, but i have always considered jared one of the farest and honest judges in lp,he has judged me prolly 20 to 25 times in the last 2 years, and i have won maybe 5 casts under him,on the others,i got beat!!!!!!!!!!!!

jared aint perfect, but,he is honest, and that is a lot better thensome

Great Job Earl Bruner and Craig Tull on your hounds.

As a guide,I seen a lot of great hounds in action, and made a much more friends from all over the U.S...........It's what it's all about!

Hope everybody had a safe trip home.

it is a touchy subject,i talked to jeff tonight for over an hour about it,he begged me to post his comments but then after while he agreed with me it would be better not for me to do it.

he is mad right now,it is a long stoy, but i think the best thing for jeff's sake, the other parties and the orginization is for it not to get blown up on here.

i will say this, these things happen,no one is perfect, others have lost thier cool, said or did things they did not mean, myself included, but stories are stretched, twisted and blown up to things they are not, then people are banned, friendships suffer and good assets to the sport are lost.

i think the parties envolved need to get with the powers that be and try to come to an agreement, but get both sides first.

this is something that does not need to be discussed here, jmho.

I agree, I was fortunate enough to see Bad News run last weekend.....This dog is for real and can bring some real "Bad News" to any cast drawn with....(no pun intended of course...LOL :D )

Good luck to Craig and Bad News as well...

Well a couple of us were not far off it looks like...LOL :D CONGRATS CRAIG TULL AND BAD NEWS!!!

Craig is a great houndsman and does alot for the sport, Bad News is sure proving himself and what a true dog he is, to come back from 2nd in the Little World to claim the WORLD Hunt title...TRULY AWESOME!

Can't be happier for the both of 'em and Congrats to all that placed in the top 10 as well...hard to do ;)

Congrats to Ron and Haley in the grands. I`ve judged her, shes a nice bitch. Its about time an Illinois dog wins the big one. Also congrats to Craig and Bad News. Craig had a dog last year or 2 years ago that was very tough. I Judged him in the first round that year and he won big. Like so many he ran into some bad luck in the second round. Not long after the hunt the dog got sick, and died. Well, its good to hear luck went his way this year. BIG WIN!
I`m sure its to knowones surprize to see Earl back on top. Maybe some day he will right a "How to Win the WORD HUNT" book. Send me the first copy please.
We all had a great time. Congrats to all that placed.

Topgun thanks for running with me while I was up your way! I really had a great time up there for the past 10 days. I just didnt have a dog that had enough power to get thru the first round but there is always next year!

Congrat to all of you that placed

Glomski, you said the Bad News dog was out of Davis Bo, I assume that is Davis Bo III (progressive pack dog). Just wondering how the bottom side is bred?
