Jim,
Matt's Lacey dog won. Krytonite finished second. Bach finished third.

Congrats to all. I wish I could have been there.

Your welcome Mark. Tony can get a hunt done thats for sure. I would also like to thanks some judges and I know I will not mention everyone, sorry right up front. Adam and Greg Hughes Matt Spencer, Tony Upton, Rusty Lyons, Mark Harmon, Bryan Johnson, Howard Eagleton, Aftershock Kennels there was also others that stepped up and judged sorry I can't remember your names, but some of these judges did or was willing to give up handling there dogs just so they could judge and get the hunt done on Sunday. Big thanks to all that judged and guided without you Frank Miller Matt spencer and Jimmie Abshire would not have won. Congrats to all that placed and won.

Had a great time this weekend and congrats to all who won and placed. Was wondering if the dog who placed third or 1st was one of the dogs that I judged in the 1st round of the opens. It done a nice job if so... Me and oh( can judge all day) Mark Harmon tried but couldn't keep up. I also got my butt ran off with Howard E. in the champs by some nice hounds in that cast. Mark done a great job as master of hounds and Howard done a great job as bench judge. Mr. Peters went out and walked the road and said he counted 12 rabbits that we didn't even run. So as you can see Indiana still has the rabbits and running. Thanks to Mark and Howard for helping me cause I can't do them justice up there But at least I tried... Hope to see everyone at the next one. Also I want to give a special thanks to David Martin for handling a dog for us in the open class. It was his 3rd hunt and sure do hope he keeps coming back cause he is as a nice a guy that I've met in a while. SO THHHAAAANNNNKKKSSS I owe you a cast of handling or any other way that I can help you buddy.

conrats to matt spencer, man, you just had to beat me in two casts didnt ya,i was glad to see lacey pull it out in end of the semis,i had bandit ready,he was runnin better then he ever has this weeken, but, throw a mouthy dog,a real mouthy dog,in the mix,it destroys everything, bandit wouldnt pack with it after 30 minutes, but lacey kept her head straight, worked the checks and hunted her arse off,she done an awesome job,i was glad to hear she won the hole thing, she earned it,dang nice hound there matt.

congrats to the miller crew,i forgot the guys name that owned looney, but anyone that could have seen frank runnin across the field throwin his hands in the air and doin cartweels would have thought he owned him, well,he bred him,and ran him up for the hunt,so,he deserves credit too, congrats guys, and i want to say somethin about honesty,at the end of 60 minutes, the judges had schlaugs dog winnin, well, josh wright spoke up and remembered that the orange collar had a check on the first rabbit, and the judges yelled out another on orange, but orange didnt get it,well, everyone agreed, the judge made an innocent mistake, forgot to write it down,so,we had a tie,15 minutes overtime, and looney pulled it out.

way to step up josh, good memory, and yeah, your welcome on that check in jessies cast ;)

and,last but not least............abshires junie,wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

that is all i can say..........no,i can say more

i do believe i watched the best cast of dogs run in junies first round win,it was junie, jeff browns old rocky dog, schlaugs booney dog, matt sencers blade dog and rising suns valiant night, rocky struck in after 10 seconds of cutting loose, they ran till the judge yelled thats the hunt 60 minutes later, junie was a machine, all the dogs in that cast where awesome,i mean awesome,150-125-110-100-50 was the final score, man what a cast.i didnt see the finals, but heard it was a slobberknocker,15 minute overtime with junie and shotgun,i wish i was there.

congrats jimmie and junie...............
world hunt win
won the lil world twice
won the indiana state 3 times

junie is indiana!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
