thanks for everyones input.........wish i could have put more options up but just had 6 choices and went with them..........also earlier in the post i stated that elkcs creek blue babe was off of taylors sock it to me....(i really dont know i dont have any in my kennel) i seen where a couple of guys said that she was off of armando's little conman.........i really dont know.......but i wenrt to worldpedigrees.com and typed in turbo powered by prop.........his pedigree sayd he is off of branko's heli prop x elks creek blue babe...........the pedigree on elks creek blue babe says that she is off of ifc taylors sock it to me x camp creek gertrude............so that is where that i got that info at............if i was wrong i apologize for making that mistake..........i would really like to know what she is off because i have no trubo in my kennel and have no way to know for certain...........so if i was wrong i apologize and i appreciate you guys letting me know and putting up the correct dog..........thanks again and sorry for the mistake........

None of the Above. I'd go with Mt State and Smokes Creek,I also like the hounds Tony Chapmans' Hunter Hound threw,I have a young male thats a grandson to Hunter and Mt State Buddy One hes a Hunting machine and runs a good Rabbit.will be adding Primetime Trail Blazer blood soon. I also like some of the stronger running UGBF Bloodlines bred to a Hare Hound with some scence,Like Trail Blazer.

Thinking about doing a lot of line breeding to see how they come out.

I have stayed out of this one for awhile now just to see what every one else said,I look at the dogs and their performance to see if they are what I like,I have dogs going back to almost all mentioned and a couple I don't know if their grand parents fell out of the sky and they ain't for sale either,I have said before and I'll say it again Performance not Pedigree is what I'd base a line on,Denny

JUST A QUESTION
HOW MANY OF THESE HOUNDS MENTIONED ABOVE CAN BE TRACED BACK TO MT ZION PETE I HAVE HAD SOME CROSSES OF THE BEDLAM HOUNDS I DON'T THINK THEY DO ,,I ONLY HAVE ABOUT 10,000 PEDS IN MY PROGRAM AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW MORE ABOUT SOME OF THESE HOUNDS.. .I HAVE TRIED MOST OF THE BLOOD ABOVE AT ONE TIME OR OTHER,BUT DON'T HAVE A LOT OF THE PEDS FROM WAY BACK THEN.THANKS,,,,, IAV,,,,,,,,

Yea and Mt State has some Indain Hills,Smokes Creek has Branko and so on and so on,the crosses have already been made that improved those Bloodlines. Those are the "Bloodlines" I have in my Hounds. I would rather go run with a Hound than study paper. Not being a smart ass.

Of course this is just my opinion but the only ones you mentioned in your list that I would consider as a BLOODLINE would be Branko and Northway.To my way of thinking the others were outstanding individual hounds but not a BLOODLINE.
Branko Krpan and Paul Komorny have been linebreeding their hounds and have produced enough hounds of merit over a length of time to probably by today's way of thinking be called a BLOODLINE.
BUT,rather then start with a brush that has such a wide sweep as to say I follow Branko bloodlines I would be alot more specific and say that the bloodline I am attempting to stay close to is F.C.Branko's Jack Of All Trades and specifically through his son I.F.C.Maravic's Blue Ninja. Branko has many other dogs of note that have had deserved reputations but those are not the dogs of his who I am interested in.
I got to see Paul Komorny's three champion dogs run together once years back;Northway Driver,Northway Ninja and Northway Jumpmaster.I really liked Driver and liked alot of the pups I saw out of him BUT,I did not care for Ninja or Jumpmaster at all.So I would not say necessarily that I liked the BLOODLINE but I very much liked the Driver dog out of it.

I lean more towards the Spur line. Reffet's, Perkins Run N Gun, Pine Mt, Mapple Valley, Vests in no certain order would be getting a phone call. Last time I got out and got back in Pine Mt. is what I was looking for and was pleased.

The best thing to do is go and watch a bunch of different hounds run. Find the type you like and give it a go. It can be a roll of the dice and there are never any guarantees. What I like Might Not be what you like.
