Jude, I do accept PayPal. Just give me a few days to create a PayPal button to accommodate it, then I will post the link to the payment page. Right now all I have up is the button to order the 2007 book. I will probably just put one up for "miscellaneous purchase", and folks will have to put in the amount and description of what they are getting. Checks/money orders are fine, too, if one is sending the materials for an ad, they can simply include the check. I won't negotiate it until they've seen a proof of the ad and are satisfied. It's a bit tough for me to come up with several thousand dollars up front to publish the book, so prepayment is definitely appreciated.

when is the deadline for this? Is the 1/4 page color or only B&W?

I don't think I can do a 1/4 color page. What happens is, even though 3/4 of the page may be black and white, I must pay for a full-page to be printed in color to accommodate the 1/4 that is. If I sold enough 1/4 color ads to fill pages, it would work. Otherwise, I'd lose money. Sorry!

Deadline: I'd like to have all materials by the end of July. The sooner the better, rather than having to lay everything out at the last minute. Thank you!
