I tried the new method a week ago, and also demonstrated it at our youth rabbit hunt. Everyone was very impressed that had an opportunity to see it done.

Freshly killed rabbits worked the best. If they were shot several hours before the front legs are very hard to dislocate/takeoff.
* I enjoy meeting new Beaglers & Squirrel Dog Owners. It's a blessing to find other's with such unique interests.
* I also enjoy helping future hunters.

Glad you guys got to try it. And your right about it being way easier with a fresh rabbit. I have been carring bread bags with me to put them in when I'm done with them. It makes it easier to carry and clean when your done with them.

We carry Walmart bags with us and clean them as we shoot them. This is one of the easiest ways to clean rabbits!

I just wish I had a easy way to clean Squirrels
