Bloody Stool

I have a 3 yr old female that is usually full of energy. I went out to the kennel tonight and she just stood there with that far away look in her eyes. I imediately got her out and noticed she had been having a stool of almost solid blood. I brought her inside and after about an hour she had another stool of blood. She is up to date on all of her shots, wormed monthly and given ivermectin monthly for hearth worms and other parasites. She was at the vet's recently for her annual check. I gave her an antibiotic and 2 cc of albon and will be taking her to the vet tomorrow. Anyone have any suggestions?
