Election 2010

It is becoming more and more clear that we need wholesale change in our federal governing body. I honestly believe it may just be time to throw everyone out of office. The government has become an entity built to serve itself and the people are just here to serve it. There is no legislation for term limits but I think it's time they got imposed on all of them. If this economy is not turned around by election time then we should hold EVERY ONE of them accountable and drop them. In 2012 we should finish the job and dump the rest of them.

Obama and the Democrats say it took 8 years to make the mess they inherited and it will take time to clean it up. It's taken longer for the people of this country to inherit the mess of a government we have but I think we should show Obama, the democrats and the republicans that we can clean it up permanently within 4 years. We can do most the work within the next year.

I'm fed up with policy and laws being based on whether it will get someone elected the next time around. Once these career politicians get in office they think their job is to make sure they stay in office and not to govern. Obama has yet to stop running for office and he has been in office 8 months.

I see it differently. I say we do not need an election in 2010. With Obama appointing all of his Czar's there is no need for Senator's or a House Of Rep. Like a Companies making cuts, America needs to cut these job positions that are not efficient and do not represent the people that have given them a job. I say pink slip them all, send them to the unemployment line , and see how they handle being told that they are no longer being needed.

If no one votes, or let say we only vote for a working/business man instead of a politician, maybe then we could cut out some of this raping of U.S. tax payers.

NOTHING you say would make me believe you are an independent nor that you plan to become one. In your post, as soon as you say you're going independent you turn around and defend your party by bashing the opposing party. I never said vote as an independent, my point was vote OUT those that are in so we the people can impose term limits on those career politicians.
