just under 2 years and he throws up water?

Hey Folks!
I REALLY need some professional beagle advice!
I have this 1 year & 10 month old beagle that that throws up water after drinking fairly reguraly.
He also has a tendency to throw up once a week or so after he eats.

After taking him to the vet 2 months ago, he was given an "acid reducer" that he took for about 3 weeks.
afterwards he seemed a lot better, but the throwing up seemed to return about 30 days later.
Today he threw up food several times so I'm wondering if the problem is getting worse.
Any help would sure be appreciated!

By the way, this beagle is mostly a 7 year old boys best friend but he has worked out to be great at blood trailing deer for this bowhunter!
finding 5 of 6 last deer last season. He also fetches doves and the easy ducks and his favorite game is find the shed antler!

Sprinkle a little baking soda on his feed would be my first choice. Cut down on feed also. Be sure he has water available at all times. If after trying this for a week, he still has the problem, add some sulphur powder to his water, stir and add until you can smell it in the water and still use the baking soda on his feed.

you might try a chicken and rice food.

THANKS!I cut back on the feed and add some rice with just a little baking soda and he has been fine since.
We have reduced the water "per sitting" also.
The help is sure appreciated!
