Ok Rufus...here is some TRUTH for you. If you have the courage to face it...Obama not only voted against it ONCE, but he voted against it TWICE...the first time because HE said it didnt have a clause that a Federal bill had in it. The sponsors of the bill took it AND REVAMPED THE BILL TO INCLUDE THE CLAUSE OBAMBI SAID HE WANTED IN IT....HE STILL VOTED AGAINST IT.
