This is for the good of all here. I know the "6 to 10 guys here" wouldn't like it nor sign this petition but they're not the only ones that visit here. Just like me, many come here to see how blind these guys are or to get a laugh out of watching their pure ignorance in action. So to you "6 to 10 guys here", my message to you is YOU ARE BY FAR NOT THE ONLY ONES HERE AND YOUR OPINION ON THIS SUBJECT IS 1) NOT THE ONLY ONE AVAILABLE AND 2) WAY BEHIND IN THE POLLS!!!!!

There are a few here on this board that look at this health care reform situation in a positive light. A new poll shows that 77% support "public option", http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/08/2 ... 64375.html. I believe it to be a "must do" if true reform is to happen. And I believe we need reform in the worst way.

Why is it that the true cost of health care in Canada is about half of what we pay per person, http://www.infoplease.com/ipa/A0934556.html, but their life expectancy is 3+ years more than ours, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_co ... expectancy? How is that? (I invite you to look at the links provided to those questions to prove it.) All Canadians are covered but why here in the good ole US of A we're not? I also found it appalling that we also pay by far the most compared to any other country in the world yet we don‘t live as long, WHY?

The insurance companies in this country have no true competition to speak of. I believe in capitolism but this is capitolism at it's worst. The map in the link below shows that in many states insurance markets are dominated by only one or two insurance carriers. In at least 21 states, one carrier controls more than half the market. More than half of the market is controlled by two carriers in at least 39 states. In 2007, a survey conducted by the American Medical Association found that in more than 95 percent of insurance markets, a single commercial carrier controlled at least 30 percent of the insurance market. http://www.americanprogress.org/issues/ ... n_map.html. Where's the competition in that?????

Joe wilson of SC told the truth Obama lies. I will sign a petition for impeachment. Obamo says he wants to create job, But this plan will stop small business from hiring because they will not hire knowing that they are require by law to pay for insurance. which will include part time help. No goverment should be able to force anyone to buy anything they do not want or can not afford. If they want change let them fix the system that is broken, this plan is just another arm of the goverment that is broken before the game starts.

Pine Mountain, Obama, the "Warmer Scientists" are all birds of a feather.

The Warmer Scientists had a political agenda. Not only were they fudging the data to get the results they wanted, but they were putting political pressure to squelch other ligitimate scientists from questioning or getting accurate data to the media and the public. Of course many of the so called News Networks were willing accomplises in the fraud. Several of those networks have yet to address the corrupted data that was being used to promote the waste of trillions of dollars and millions of jobs.
Similarly, Obama refuses to listen to any opposing views. Any group that has legitimate questions of his progrms is excluded from the discussion. A good example is the Chamber of Commerce who voiced opposition to the Health Scare Bill. The President who campaigned on the promise to "heal America" continually ostracizes any group that finds disagreement with his policies.
Unfortunately for him and fortunately for the country, that group continues to grow larger with each passing week.
