Rufus, as a fellow veteran, I ask you what has Obama done that indicates that he loves this country and respects his office. His wife said that for the first time, during the campaign, that the nation did something that she was proud of. HIs pastor repeatedly said "god darn America". I don't know how you feel about Christianity, but even if you are a non believer, it's difficult for me to believe anyone would sit in a congregation for twenty years listen to a speaker darn this country if he loved and respected it.


I'd be willing to bet ten dollars vs a dougnut that if you were in battle that you would rather have Sarah Palin, with her deer rifle , than Obama, Rev Wright, or Barney Frank, protecting your flank.

I spent seven years in the US Submarine service from 62- 69. I sure felt a lot better with Nixon as Commander in Chief than with LBJ and McNamara. To better understand what I am saying, do a Google search on the USS Liberty.
