HSUS Wildlife Land Trust
The Humane Society of the United States is at it again. I heard an add on the radio for Wlidlife Land Trust. Basicly said...."Do you want to protect the wildlife on your property for ever? Set up a Wildlife Land Trust through the HSUS and protect your land from development and hunting for ever". You sign your land over to them and they patrol it and control it. Once they have control, it carries with the property forever, no matter who owns it! Go to their website at http://www.wlt.org and check it out.

PS--we need to donate plenty of cash to these illegal Mexicans who need some Good tennis shoes for there run from the border patrol!I think its not humane that they come here illegally

What people don't realize is if the trust is not revocable then they can not get loans on the property and yes you are right who ever the trust is titled to is basically the owner of the property but the poor sap that inherits it will end up paying the property tax but have no financial gain from it. And if the trust is revocable whom ever is on the trust in order to get a loan on the property has to sign at closing this could be a major problem if the property was willed to the children but left in a crazy trust like that.
